Privacy Policy

빌드앤쇼(Build & Show, 이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 이 방침으로 회사가 어떤 정보를 왜 처리하는지 알립니다. 이 방침은 ① 웹사이트 buildandshow.com, ② 회사의 홈페이지·영상 제작 대행 서비스, ③ 회사가 자사 YouTube 채널 운영에 쓰는 내부 게시 도구(이하 "게시 도구")에 적용됩니다.
Build & Show ("we", "us") explains in this policy what information we process and why. This policy covers (1) our website, buildandshow.com, (2) our website and video production services, and (3) the internal publishing tool we use to manage our own YouTube channels (the "Publishing Tool").

- 게시 도구는 회사가 소유한 YouTube 채널에만 접근합니다. 다른 사람의 Google 계정 데이터는 수집·저장·공유하지 않습니다.
Our website has no sign-up, no contact form, no cookies, and no visitor analytics.
We receive personal information only when you contact us by email, or when we sign a contract with you.
The Publishing Tool accesses only YouTube channels owned by Build & Show. We do not collect, store, or share Google account data of any other person.

고객 원고를 AI 도구로 다듬을 때는 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보(성명·연락처·얼굴 등)를 가리거나 빼고 입력합니다. 사람의 얼굴·음성이 담긴 자료를 AI 도구로 가공해야 할 때는 사전에 고객의 별도 서면 동의를 받습니다.
When we refine your text with AI tools, we mask or remove information that identifies individuals (names, contact details, faces). If materials containing a person's face or voice must be processed with AI tools, we obtain your separate written consent in advance.
제3조 Google 사용자 데이터와 YouTube API 서비스 / Google User Data and YouTube API Services
(1) 사용 사실 / Use of YouTube API Services
회사의 게시 도구는 YouTube API 서비스(YouTube Data API v3)를 사용합니다. YouTube 서비스 약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)과 Google 개인정보처리방침(http://www.google.com/policies/privacy)이 함께 적용됩니다.
Our Publishing Tool uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3). The YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy) also apply.
(2) 대상 채널 / Channels Covered
게시 도구는 회사가 소유·운영하는 YouTube 채널에만 쓰입니다. 현재 대상은 Unknown Marvels(https://www.youtube.com/@unknownmarvels, 채널 ID UCisPtog3fyvjIFNM0W1WmwQ)이며, 향후 회사가 개설하는 회사 소유 채널이 추가될 수 있습니다. 인증은 회사 대표자가 회사 계정으로만 수행합니다. 게시 도구는 일반에 제공되지 않으며, 외부인이 Google 계정으로 로그인하는 기능이 없습니다.
The Publishing Tool is used only for YouTube channels owned and operated by Build & Show. Currently this is Unknown Marvels (https://www.youtube.com/@unknownmarvels, channel ID UCisPtog3fyvjIFNM0W1WmwQ). Other channels we create in the future may be added. Only our representative authorizes the tool, using company accounts. The tool is not offered to the public, and no outside person can sign in to it with a Google account.

(4) 접근·저장하는 데이터 / Data Accessed and Stored
회사 채널의 채널 ID·채널명, 회사가 업로드한 영상의 영상 ID·제목·설명·태그·공개 상태·예약 시각·처리 상태, 재생목록 ID, 자막 트랙 ID, 그리고 OAuth 인증 토큰입니다. 이 데이터는 회사 작업 컴퓨터의 접근이 제한된 폴더에 저장합니다. 게시 결과 알림(영상 제목·게시 상태)은 메시징 서비스 Telegram으로 회사 대표자에게만 전달됩니다. 저장된 API 데이터는 30일마다 갱신하거나 삭제합니다. 게시 도구는 YouTube 비밀번호를 요청하거나 저장하지 않으며, 인증은 Google 인증 화면에서만 이뤄집니다.
We access the channel ID and name of our channels; the video ID, title, description, tags, privacy status, scheduled time, and processing status of videos we upload; playlist IDs; caption track IDs; and OAuth tokens. This data is stored in an access-restricted folder on our work computer. Publishing notifications (video title and status) are sent only to our representative via the messaging service Telegram. Stored API data is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days. The tool never asks for or stores YouTube passwords; authorization happens only on Google's own sign-in screens.
(5) 공개 상태 / Visibility Settings
영상의 공개 상태(비공개·일부 공개·공개)와 예약 공개 시각은 운영자가 명시적으로 지정한 값으로만 설정·변경합니다.
A video's privacy status (private, unlisted, or public) and scheduled publish time are set or changed only to values explicitly chosen by our operator.
(6) 제한적 사용 / Limited Use
빌드앤쇼가 Google API로부터 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 전송하는 것은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy)을 준수합니다. 회사는 이 데이터를 광고에 쓰거나, 판매하거나, 데이터 브로커에게 넘기거나, 신용 평가에 쓰거나, 범용 AI·머신러닝 모델 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
Build & Show's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising, sell it, transfer it to data brokers, use it for credit decisions, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
(7) 제3자 데이터 / Third-Party Data
회사는 제3자 사용자의 Google 계정 데이터를 수집·저장·공유하지 않습니다. 영상 제작 대행 고객의 YouTube 채널에도 게시 도구로 접근하지 않으며, 고객 채널 게시는 고객이 직접 합니다.
We do not collect, store, or share Google account data of any third-party user. We do not access our video clients' YouTube channels through the Publishing Tool; clients publish to their own channels themselves.
(8) 접근 철회와 삭제 / Revoking Access and Deletion
Google 보안 설정 페이지(https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions)에서 게시 도구의 접근 권한을 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회 시 회사는 토큰을 폐기하고, 해당 권한으로 저장한 API 데이터를 7일 이내에 삭제합니다. contact@buildandshow.com으로 삭제를 요청해도 7일 이내에 삭제합니다. 회사가 저장한 데이터를 삭제해도 YouTube에 있는 데이터는 영향을 받지 않습니다. YouTube의 데이터는 YouTube에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). When access is revoked, we discard the tokens and delete the API data stored under that authorization within 7 days. Deletion requests sent to contact@buildandshow.com are also completed within 7 days. Deleting data we store does not affect data stored by YouTube; data on YouTube must be deleted through YouTube itself.
(9) 광고와 쿠키 / Advertising and Cookies
게시 도구와 웹사이트는 제3자 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 사용자 기기에 쿠키나 유사 기술로 정보를 저장하거나 읽지 않습니다.
Neither the Publishing Tool nor our website serves third-party ads, and neither stores or reads information on your device through cookies or similar technologies.
제4조 제3자 제공 / Sharing with Third Parties
회사는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 근거한 요구가 있는 경우는 예외입니다.
We do not provide personal information to third parties, except where required by law.
제5조 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전 / Processors and International Transfers
회사는 계약 이행을 위해 아래 사업자에게 처리를 위탁하며, 이에 따라 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다(개인정보 보호법 제28조의8 제1항 제3호).
To perform our contracts, we use the processors below, which involves transfers outside Korea (Article 28-8(1)(3), Personal Information Protection Act).

국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만 거부하시면 이메일 문의를 이용하실 수 없습니다.
You may refuse the transfers above; however, if you refuse, you will not be able to contact us by email.
제6조 파기 / Deletion
보유기간이 끝나거나 목적을 달성하면 5일 이내에 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 종이는 분쇄합니다.
When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete the information within 5 days. Electronic files are erased so they cannot be recovered, and paper records are shredded.
제7조 정보주체의 권리 / Your Rights
언제든 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 contact@buildandshow.com으로 요구할 수 있으며, 회사는 10일 이내에 조치합니다. 법정대리인이나 위임받은 사람도 요구할 수 있습니다.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by writing to contact@buildandshow.com. We act within 10 days. Legal representatives or authorized agents may also make requests.
제8조 안전성 확보 조치 / Security
개인정보 접근 권한은 대표자 1인으로 한정합니다. 인증 토큰은 공개 저장소에 올리지 않습니다. 모든 전송 구간은 HTTPS/TLS로 암호화합니다.
Access to personal information is limited to our representative. Authorization tokens are never uploaded to public repositories. All transmission is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
제9조 자동 수집 장치 / Automatic Collection
웹사이트는 쿠키와 분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 도입할 경우 이 방침을 먼저 개정합니다.
Our website uses no cookies or analytics tools. If we introduce them, we will update this policy first.
제10조 아동 / Children
회사의 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
Our services are not directed to children under 14.

제13조 변경 / Changes
이 방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지에 알립니다. Google 사용자 데이터를 새로운 방식이나 목적으로 쓰려면, 방침을 먼저 개정하고 동의를 다시 받은 뒤에 사용합니다.
We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. Before using Google user data in a new way or for a new purpose, we will update this policy and obtain consent again.
